The Terrace at MidTowne, a 92-unit senior community, celebrated its Grand Opening on September 5th. Welcoming the visitors and residents was Midlothian Mayor Bill Houston, along with Chamber of Commerce President, Cammy Jackson. Our honored guest speaker was Texas State Representative, Jim Pitts, who led the ribbon-cutting honors. The Terrace at MidTowne was financed through the Housing Tax Credit program with Chase Bank and RBC Capital as DMA’s partners.
