2022 DMA Companies Managers Retreat

From Wednesday, September 14th through Friday, September 16th, DMA Property Managers from across the state of Texas and Georgia travelled to the Lakeway Resort & Spa for our 2022 DMA Companies Managers Retreat.

While we did have a number of informative sessions that covered several topics to help our team members grow as employees and achieve premiere results at their respective properties, we also utilized time to build inter-personal relationships and connections. It’s always nice to put a face with a name and better experience all of our colorful personalities!

All attendees participated in ice breaker activities such as 2 Truths & 1 Lie, Foundation Builder, Win, Lose or Draw: Marketing Edition and an Attention to Detail Exercise. 

An awards presentation took place to honor some standout performances from managers and maintenance technicians who deserved to be recognized for their superior contributions to DMA.

One of the biggest crowd-pleasers was when everyone boarded a floating barge and took it out on beautiful Lake Travis. Great food, drinks and fun in the sun was the name of the game!

On the last evening, we all gathered at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse for a delicious meal and more fellowship.

Overall, we were able to come together and make memories that will last a lifetime.
