Tracy Falknor
Tracy Falknor is responsible for all Human Resource initiatives for DMA Companies and its affiliates. Tracy began her HR career in 2007 as an HR Generalist. Over the years, she has consistently worked to expand her Human Resources knowledge by serving as a member of various professional networking groups and organizations (SHRM and HR Houston) and achieving her SHRM-CP designation in 2016. Tracy is well versed in HR compliance, employee engagement and retention, comp and bonus structures, organizational structure, employee training and development, recruiting/sourcing and selection strategies, etc. Tracy lists her strengths as her passion for Human Resources, streamlining and simplifying processes, her drive for improving the employee experience, and overall customer service she provides to internal and external customers. She also believes that each person should strive to be a better version of themselves than the day before. Prior to joining DMA, Tracy worked for various real estate firms including The Life Properties/Olive Tree Holdings, Moody Rambin, and Hartman Management. Tracy’s understanding of real estate extends beyond Human Resources. Prior to her transition into HR, she worked as a Property Manager overseeing daily operations for third-party retail and office/industrial assets within the Houston, Dallas, and Austin, TX markets.
