Kathy Jones

Regional Manager, DMA Properties

Kathy Jones is a native of Dallas, Texas, now residing in Austin, Texas

Kathy joined DMA in 2009 as a Property Manager for Grove Park Terrace. In 2010, she was promoted to District Manager, where she oversaw three properties and managed REAC inspections for all DMA Properties until 2016.

Kathy returned to DMA in 2019 as Regional Manager for the North Texas area and currently oversees a portfolio of seven properties. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) with 40+ years in the multi-family industry.
